In accordance with software industry standards, we accept returns for software within 30 days of purchase only if the package has not been opened.

Programs purchased online through our website are considered unlocked at the time of purchase.

There are evaluation versions of our software available by download for anyone interested. This allows buyers to rate the product to ensure that the software meets their needs before purchasing.

Programs opened or purchased online are:

• 1-Provided with free e-mail support and
• 2 - It can be exchanged with similar programs only within 30 days of purchase

For returns of software (boxed versions only), just indicate the reason for returning the software written on a piece of paper and send it with the unopened package securely.
