Your order

When you refer the order to us, you agree to the terms and conditions as well as the site's privacy policy

Once your order is submitted, we will acknowledge your order immediately by sending an email and confirming our acceptance within 48 hours during normal working days, from Sunday to Thursday, not including official Egyptian government holidays. This is to inform you that we have received your request.

We accept payment with Western Union, Cash on Delivery or other payment methods such as (Visa, Paypal, Paymob valu)

Payment through the Internet can be by credit or debit card. Payment by credit or debit card is made when your order is referred and processed using an independent company's secure payment processing system. We do not have access to your payment card information.

Evacuation responsibility

Available prices and quantities of products are subject to change without prior notice.

The customer is responsible for paying any fees and customs in the country of receipt.

The laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt are applicable to all transactions and private matters that take place on our website. All disputes are settled in Egyptian courts.

Products shipped and delivered home

You can request that the product you order be delivered to your home through one of the options we provide for home delivery of products. We deliver orders on normal working days, which are from Sunday to Thursday, except for Egyptian public holidays.

Any error or lack of order information such as the billing address or shipping address may cause the order to be delayed. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses.

If delivery is refused for any reason other than an error in the order that has been sent, the customer agrees to pay the shipping costs specified in the invoice.

We regret that we cannot refund any products purchased online from the time you place your order (when you click the Process Order button) until you receive the product and return it to us. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving the product you ordered, please review our Products Return Policy.

Shipping costs

All shipping costs are calculated based on the average weight of the shipment and beyond.

If shipping costs are not calculated for any reason, you will be contacted by sales prior to shipment.
